Shipping & Returns

UK Mainland delivery charges & processing times:

UK £5.99 - 1-2 business days (Signature required)

UK £4.99 - 2-5 business days

  • Delivery charges are fixed for all orders

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over £75 UK mainland only 

  • UK parcels are sent out using Royal Mail signed-for delivery. or UPS tracked & signed services

 

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 4:30pm, on the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

International parcels are sent out using DHL or UPS Tracked & Signed service where this is available.

*NIGERIAN CUSTOMERS: For our Nigerian customers, when you place your order, a flat rate of £10 is charged for all shipping to any state in Nigeria.  Shipment should reach you between 2-10 days depending on state. For further clarification, please email contact@ojiioma.com.

 

Local taxes and duties:

 

Please note, due to the new EU regulations, as of the 1st July 2021, all shipments to the EU now require the buyer to pay Duties, Tax and VAT charges.  Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and could be requested to be paid at the time of delivery.

All Shipments to the EU are now being despatched on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis (DDU). Therefore, if you are in any EU country, the prices you see on our website now exclude all additional delivery duties.

All orders are shipped directly from the UK. Some countries may require you to pay import duties and/or taxes once your order arrives at its destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot tell you exactly how much you will be charged as this varies widely depending on the country you live in. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Ojiioma is not responsible for any countries import or customs tax fees. It is the customer's responsibility to know what their international purchase limit is.

 

For further detail we suggest that you check import duties, customs, and local sales taxes with your postal service and/or local customs office before placing your order.

 

We will do our best to make sure that your order reaches you on time but given the impact of COVID-19 and Brexit (for our European customers), your order may take longer to reach you than usual. We appreciate your patience during this time.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and any liners attached. 

​

Returns policy:

We accept returns of domestic orders (UK mainland only) within 30 days of your order shipping date.

 

The return shipping fee will be incurred by the customer. The original order’s outbound shipping fee is not refundable.

 

Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 30 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:

  • Products showing excessive wear and tear

  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents.

  • Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase. 

  • Instances of abuse of the Ojiioma Return Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

After your refund is approved, please allow for up to 30 days to receive your funds before contacting us. Refunds are typically processed within a fortnight.​ 

 

Faulty items:

If your item is faulty, immediately take pictures of the faults and send the pictures and a brief description of the faults via email to contact@ojiioma.com

**Uche Shorts - please note the silicon band found in our Uche shorts is for added support and due to wear and tear plus washing can come apart. This will not affect its wearability and does not mean the item is faulty.

 

A full refund (including postage) will be offered, without time-limit, for faulty (due to manufacture but not design) items, subject to the items not having been subjected to excessive force or other operation beyond their design and/or manufacturing capability. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges; if you are not happy with the size/colour of your item please return it to us for a refund and place a new order for the item in your preferred size/colour.

How to return items:

Please note that postage or other refund costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be only reimbursed by us if the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods. Items must be returned in their original, fully resalable condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Once item has been received, refund will be made. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department

The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Ojiioma.

Fitting Courtesy

Please measure your hips, waist and bust then refer to our fitting chart. All of our products display their size in the dropdown menus on their store pages.

  • I did not receive a confirmation e-mail.
    This can happen if you did not enter your e-mail address at the checkout stage of your order, or if you spelt your e-mail address incorrectly. Please check your 'junk' e-mail folder as sometimes our e-mails may end up in there! If you still cannot find your confirmation e-mail, please e-mail us at contact@ojiioma.com with your full name, and we will forward you your order confirmation.
  • How can I pay?
    We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Giftcards and prepaid debit cards. Please note: All payments must be made online when placing your order. We do not have the ability to place an order on your behalf. When you reach the final billing page and submit your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. Clearpay: TERMS AND CONDITIONS Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late for each late instalment and a further £6 if it's still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Cleapay's behalf. Clearpay is credit that is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. T&Cs and other eligibility criteria apply at clearpay.co.uk/terms We encourage you to use Clearpay responsibly. Gift Vouchers: If you've been gifted a Karen Millen voucher/gift certificate, then yes we accept those.
